Find out how you can get involved with your local park in a variety of ways. With over 575 parks, more than 250 facilities and 8100 acres of greenspace in Chicago, the Park District offers a variety of experiences in recreation and conservation. This session will focus on overall green initiatives such as waste reduction, green procurement, and natural areas. Ways to get involved at your local park will also be highlighted.
